Padel coaches

You can only be on
one court at a time.

Tallward turns what you already teach on the court into a padel course that sells on its own — so your income stops being capped by the hours you can physically coach.

The problem

Your time is capped. Your income shouldn't be.

Padel is growing faster than any sport in the UK and your diary shows it — full, and still capped at the number of hours you can physically stand on a court.

What padel coaches sit on

Three assets you already own and aren't selling

01

Session plans you already repeat

Every beginner block you teach is a course module you haven't been paid twice for.

02

Players who can't get a slot

Your waiting list is revenue you're currently turning away.

03

Clips sitting on your phone

Drills, rallies, technique breakdowns — filmed and never used.

What gets built

A padel course your players actually finish

A structure built around how padel is actually learned — not a dump of forty videos nobody gets through. An example shape:

Serve and the glass
Module 1
Positioning and court movement
Module 2
The bandeja and vibora
Module 3
Match tactics for 3rd box
Module 4
Drills you can do alone
Module 5

And the system around it

01

A funnel that sells while you coach

Landing page, checkout and follow-up that runs whether you're on court or asleep.

02

A content engine that never runs dry

A repeatable system for turning session clips into posts that bring players in.

03

Every lead tracked to a close

You see who was contacted, who replied, who booked and who bought.

Proof

Real builds, not mockups

We turned a boxing coach's 72 unused clips into a live course with real checkout in a single build. Different sport, identical problem: a coach sitting on knowledge with no way to sell it twice.

The process

What the build looks like

01

Map

We work out what to build, who buys it and what it should cost — before anything gets made.

02

Build

You film to a shot list. We handle editing, platform, funnel, brand and checkout.

03

Launch

It goes live to your existing players first, then the content system widens it.

Questions

The things coaches actually ask

No. Most of our coaches launch to their own club members and waiting list first. A few hundred engaged players who already know you outsells ten thousand strangers. The content system we build grows the audience after launch, not before it.

It depends on your list size and price point, not on luck. A course at £97 selling to 40 people in a launch window is roughly £3,900 with no extra court hours. Use the earnings calculator to model your own numbers rather than trusting ours.

It usually feeds it. Players who buy the course tend to book more one-to-ones, not fewer, because the course shows them exactly what they need to fix. It also gives you something to sell to players who can't get a slot in your diary.

You film, we direct and handle everything after — editing, platform, checkout, funnel. You get a shot list and hooks in advance so you're not guessing on court. If you're in the North West we can film with you in person.

A full build is typically live within weeks of kickoff, not months. We map the course, you film to the shot list, we build and launch. Exact timelines get agreed at kickoff and we waive the delivery balance if we miss the live date.
