What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
This policy explains what personal data Tallward collects, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read, not to hide things.
The data controller is Tallward Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 17346065), registered office 37 Cotterill, Runcorn, WA7 2NL. For anything about your data, email reggieegan@tallward.com.
| When | What | Why, and our lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| You book a call | Name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the booking form | To hold the call and follow up on it. Steps taken at your request before a contract. |
| You email or message us | Your contact details and what you send | To reply. Legitimate interests in running the business. |
| We contact you first | Your business name, public social profile, publicly listed business contact details, and our notes on whether our service fits your business | To introduce our services to coaches and coaching businesses. Legitimate interests. You can object at any time and we'll stop and remove you from our outreach lists. |
| You become a client | Contact details, project materials you share (footage, brand assets, copy), invoices and payment records | To deliver the build and bill for it. Performance of a contract, and legal obligation for accounting records. |
| You apply for a role | Whatever you send in your application | To assess it. Steps taken at your request before a contract. |
| You visit the site | Standard server logs held by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages requested) | To keep the site running and secure. Legitimate interests. |
We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking on this website. The earnings calculator runs entirely in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to us.
We never sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.
Only the service providers we need to run the business, who process it on our instructions:
We'll also disclose data if the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, mainly in the United States, and some of our team work from outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or the ICO's approved International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how we use it (including outreach, which you can stop outright), and receive it in a portable format. Email reggieegan@tallward.com. We'll reply within one month, and there's no charge.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
If this policy changes, the updated version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
