Tallward builds courses, funnels and content systems for coaches — done-for-you course creation, start to finish. That's the whole remit. We're founder-led, based in the North West of England, and we'd rather be the best at one job than available for all of them.
A coach spends years building knowledge that genuinely changes how somebody performs — and then sells it in one-hour blocks, at a rate set by the local going rate, capped by how many hours they can physically stand on a court or in a gym. The knowledge scales. The delivery doesn't.
Everything Tallward builds exists to break that link: to let a coach get paid more than once for something they already know how to teach.
The brand, the course, the funnel, the content library. All yours, including if you leave. We don't hold anything hostage.
If you've got no list and no audience, a course has nobody to sell to. We'll tell you on the call, not after the invoice.
You get a shot list and hooks in advance. Editing, platform, checkout, funnel and brand are ours.
We agree a live date at kickoff. If we miss it, the delivery balance is waived. The risk sits with us.
We're not a large agency and we don't pretend to be. There's no account management layer, no offshore build team and no retainer you can't leave with 30 days' notice. If you want a big agency with a big roster, we're the wrong call. If you want the people who build it to also be the people you talk to, that's the whole point of us.
We've built for combat sports and racquet sports, and the pattern holds across both. If you coach one of these, there's a page that speaks to your specifics:
Tallward is founder-led by Reggie Egan and run by a small team out of the North West of England. It is a registered UK limited company. You deal with the people who build the thing, not an account manager.
Because the problem is the same every time and we've got good at it. A coach has real expertise, a real audience and an income capped by hours. Narrow focus means we're not relearning the job on your money.
Regularly. If a coach has no existing players, no list and no audience, a course has nobody to sell to and the build would waste their money. We say that on the call rather than after the invoice.
The brand, the course, the funnel, the content library and the lead tracking — all owned by you, including if you stop working with us. Nothing is held hostage.
